Relative Clauses Who, Whom, Whose, Which, Where

A clauses is a part of a sentence.
• Whose
We use whose in relative clauses instead of his/her/their :
We saw some people - their car had broken down.
We use whose mostly for people :
examples : A widow is woman whose husband is dead.
• Whom
Is possible instead of who when it is the object of verb in the relative clause.
- The woman whom I wanted to see was away on holiday.
• Where
You can use where in a relative clause to talk about place.
example : I recently went back to the town where I was born.
• Who
we use who in a relative clause when we are talking about people (not things) We use who instead of he/she/they :
example : we know a lot of people who live in London.
• Which
when we are talking about thing, we use that or which (not"who") in a relative clause.
example : that was in the fridge which.
